About

Former Student-Athlete

In 2020, amidst the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic and university lockdowns, I began my journey at the University of Michigan. Despite these obstacles, I persevered and achieved significant accolades in swimming:

  • Named All-American by CSCAA (2021) for the 400-yard Freestyle Relay.
  • Earned two-time CSCAA All-America Honorable Mention (2021) for the 200-yard Freestyle and 800-yard Freestyle Relay.
  • Big Ten Champion (2021) for the 800-yard Freestyle Relay.
  • Received the U of M Club of Greater Detroit Women's Swimming Scholarship, a prestigious award granted by the Detroit Swimming Scholarship Committee and Michigan Athletic Director Warde Manuel following the 2020-2021 season.
  • Recognized among the top 10% of over 10,000 Division I student-athletes in the Big Ten Conference, achieving All-Academic Honors from 2020 to 2022.

Competing at the Division I level during my collegiate career provided me with invaluable experiences that cultivated my understanding of excellence, leadership, and gratitude.

University of Michigan

Throughout my four years at the University of Michigan, I have diligently expanded my skills both inside and outside the classroom. Our program is dedicated to helping students succeed, and through these efforts, I have had the opportunity to create pitches for real-world companies, simulating actual business situations. This experience has enabled me to write formal papers and proposals for organizations such as the Sacramento Kings, Riot Fest, Chicago Blackhawks, CleanKonnect, and local brands.

In my junior and senior years, many of my classes became group project-based, providing valuable experience in coordinating and collaborating with diverse teams. This collaborative environment has developed my ability to work effectively with individuals from various backgrounds, further preparing me for real-world professional settings.
